Overview

Embark on an unforgettable adventure with a 7-day trek up Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. This trek offers breathtaking views, diverse landscapes, and the chance to experience one of the world’s most iconic climbs.

Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be greeted by our guide. Transfer to your hotel in Moshi for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Moshi to Machame Gate - Machame Camp

After breakfast, drive to Machame Gate to start your trek. Begin your climb through the lush rainforest to Machame Camp, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 3: Machame Camp to Shira Camp

Ascend through the moorland zone, passing scenic landscapes with stunning views. Arrive at Shira Camp and acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 4: Shira Camp to Barranco Camp

Continue your trek across the alpine desert zone, arriving at Barranco Camp. Enjoy panoramic views of the mountain and the surrounding plains.

Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp

Tackle the Barranco Wall and proceed to Karanga Camp. This day is crucial for acclimatization, preparing you for the summit.

Day 6: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp

Trek to Barafu Camp, the final camp before your summit attempt. Rest and prepare for the challenging climb to the summit.

Day 7: Summit Attempt and Descent

Begin your ascent to Uhuru Peak, the summit of Kilimanjaro, at night to reach the peak by sunrise. Descend to Mweka Camp for the night.

Day 8: Mweka Camp to Moshi

Complete your trek by descending to Mweka Gate, where you will be met by your transport. Transfer back to Moshi for a celebratory dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
